THE DARK KNIGHT RISES: Possible Leaked Scene

With Cillian Murphy (apparently) seen on set in LA, speculation is rife as to his role. Cameo? Major? Jonathan Crane or Scarecrow? -who knows. But if an (apparent) leaked scene script is to believed, it’s definitely a cool appearance.

Bane has taken control of Gotham and has become a sort of dictator. He’s also taken over the courthouse. (where the huge battle between police and Bane’s men is set) Bane also appears to have some beef with the late Harvey Dent. (maybe Dent imprisoned him) With the courthouse he’s “giving fairer trials than Harvey Dent ever gave”.
In the scene, Bane’s appointed “judge” is sentencing people to death and/or exile. He accuses Miranda Tate of “espionage and sabotage” (which is odd as she seems to be on Bane’s side) and sentences a resilient James Gordon to “Death by exile”.
The so called “judge” is non other than Jonathan Crane, A.K.A Scarecrow.

If this is true, I for one am certainly looking forward to this scene.
